Owners: Lee and Patty Phelps

Over 25 years ago and after 18 years of experience in the electrical field, Lee and Patty Phelps opened the doors of Reliable Electric in Hayden, ID. Exactly as their name implies, the company offers reliability which has maintained their fantastic base of clients and contractors. You can expect only trustworthy, honest, and dedicated employees at Reliable Electric, most of which have been with the company for at least 20 years! Lee has done it all in the residential, commercial, and industrial electrical fields. Patty is the Financial Manager where she utilizes her accounting skills. Lee and Patty stress that their employees provide nothing short of excellence. They are members of the Better Business Bureau, Coeur d’Alene and Hayden Chambers of Commerce and Associated General Contractors.

Commercial Project Manager: Wayne Hall

Wayne Hall has 25 years of experience working for Reliable Electric. He had previously worked as a project manager doing large projects for the Air Guard and the Air Force. Since joining the team, Wayne has been the project manager for many of the large commercial and industrial buildings in and around the Coeur d’Alene area including Centennial Distributing, Empire Airlines, IGA, and Safeway.

Residential/Service Project Manager: Shawn Hall

With over 25 years dedicated to Reliable Electric, Shawn Hall is extremely experienced in high-end residential homes. His dedication is proven to homeowners and contractors alike. No matter how small or large your home, we are positive you will be very pleased with Shawn running your project.

Residential/Service Foreman: Jeff Osborne

Jeff Osborne also has been with Reliable Electric for 25 years and takes pride in his workmanship. Jeff is highly respected for his foreman position which demands the best from the team of electricians that work with him on his countless high-end custom homes.
